The most important step is taking proper photos to send us. Once you place your order, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to upload, but make sure you follow the guide below:
PHOTO GUIDELINES
- Always use the flash – using the flash ensures even lighting
- Keep hair away from the eyes and forehead and make sure your whole head is visible
- No Glasses - they don’t turn out properly in our software
- We only need a photos of your face- not your body
- Take two photos, one from the front and one from the side
- Keep the same expression for both front and profile shots
- No showing your teeth or opening your mouth
- Look directly into the camera
- No grainy or blurry images
- Maximum file size of 2MB’s per photo
SHIPPING DETAILS
It will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks from the time your images are accepted per our photo guidelines until your head will be complete.
